Stress Reduction
To
reduce stress, we let our customer know all of the
benefits and problems that may or will occur when we
implement an Information Technology project. Most users
see the impact of IT projects in some way. We let our
customers know what the users will see. It may be that
after a security upgrade, a web server may have a new login.
Or the Monday after a major weekend upgrade users will find the
names of their printers have changed. Or a new firewall and
internet circuit has been installed and they can access the internet
twice as fast.
By informing our customers of the impact of changes to their systems and network this lets them make better decisions on when and how to make changes.
